We know that your home and working environment are important to you; we assure you that we will listen to your needs and endeavour to find the most practical and suitable solutions for you and for your budget.

A friendly team runs Millbank Interiors and you can speak to the Directors, David or Devon at most hours of the day. We pride ourselves on being attentive and sensitive to your needs. Appointments can be arranged to suit your requirements during office hours, evenings and some weekends. During our site meeting we will listen and talk through your proposed works. This initial consultation allows us to discuss the works/design with you from both a practical and an aesthetic point of view. Advice will be given on relevant building requirements, suppliers and obtaining any necessary planning permission. An outline plan or quotation can then be drawn up and upon acceptance of quotation and terms, a second consultation can be arranged to discuss the proposal in more detail.

We have developed a structure and format for running our projects that enables us to provide not only a confidential, personalised and highly professional service to our clients but one that is reliable and extremely competitive in price compared to other firms. We are able to minimise unnecessary running costs and avoid the sort of wasteful and extravagant packaging that some other companies tend to display. Ultimately, superficially impressive offices and their associated costs are simply passed on to the clients. Millbank is able to be significantly less expensive in the long run because we do not feel the need to have huge administrative overheads.

In regard to larger projects, it is our usual practice to rent offices close to the location of each new project, therefore creating a dedicated space for the running of the project. In many instances this can be for extended periods of time. Our clients usually find this very convenient and useful since it keeps everything localised, is bespoke for that particular project, is secure and ensures confidentiality.
